Washed Arabica from the Cajamarca region.

Climate and Geography. Cajamarca is an important cultural and commercial center of the Northern Andes. It is located in the northern part of the Peruvian highlands in the Mashcon River Valley. The climate of the region can be described as subtropical and highland. The rain period lasts from October to March, daily average temperatures fluctuate greatly, the harvest is reaped from July to November.
Coffee in Peru is grown on environmentally friendly, unique plantations without the use of pesticides and other harmful substances. This ensures that the beans acquire a particularly high quality and are Bio-marked.
Taste. Peruvian Arabica is characterized by a slightly sweet, soft taste, a moderate pleasant bitterness and a gentle, bright aroma of chocolate. You can feel floral flavours, cocoa and caramel in the cup. This coffee is very similar to Honduras San Marcos, but in a softer style.
